As the concern for COVID-19 continues to grow, we want to make our clients and community partners aware of the steps we have taken to maintain a clean & healthy environment for everyone that visits our offices.
Steps we have taken:

  • In an effort to keep our WIC families healthy, at this time, the NHA Rock County WIC Staff will only be available via telephone. Phone hours are: Janesville, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a lunch break at 12:00 p.m.-12:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Beloit, Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Management and support staff are working carefully to encourage the above simple and effective actions in order to protect our community, staff and clients. Please know that our WIC families are our top priority and we’re doing everything we can to ensure benefits are not disrupted. If you have questions about your individual benefits, please call us at 608-754-3722, Janesville or 608-362-1566, Beloit. Above all, we want you to stay healthy and safe.
